The concept
The inverted logic
Real international content usually demands a flight, a visa and accommodation. Global Immersion inverts the movement: MOVA brings the international expert to Brazil and builds a structured educational experience around them, for a larger group and at a cost that makes sense.
The speaker doesn't give an isolated talk and leave: they are the lead expert across two full days of the program, from the opening keynote to the project evaluations.

The weekend has an arc: you come in to listen and leave having presented.
Day 1
Inspire and Explore
International keynote, global trends, case studies and a masterclass. Teams form and receive the challenge.
Day 2
Create and Present
A second masterclass, solution development with mentoring, project presentations, feedback and certificates.

There is an edition for every stage: Young (14 to 18), College, Executive and Educators. Each edition states its audience and requirements at enrollment.
When and where does the first one happen?
The first editions are in preparation in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, on weekends. People on the list receive the dates first.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. The program ends with project presentations, feedback and certificates.
