Positioning
The intersection is the product
MOVA is not a course, an agency or a standalone consultancy. It is what exists between those things.
MOVA operates at the intersection of education, careers, technology, entrepreneurship, leadership and international experiences. Each of these fronts already has people doing it well. What is missing is someone to connect it all into a single journey: that is the network's job.
In practice, that becomes in-person and digital programs, mentoring, immersions, expeditions, corporate challenges and a permanent community. Where MOVA does not operate directly, it selects, integrates and coordinates trusted partners within the same journey.

From first signup to returning as a mentor
The network was designed to accompany an entire trajectory. These are the six chapters of the map.
High school: the way in
Free registration in the MOVA Community: a curated newsletter, open talks, online meetups and early notice of programs.
Immersions in Brazil
Two intensive days with an international expert at MOVA Global Immersion, starting in São Paulo and Rio.
International programs
Studying and building abroad with MOVA Global Programs, starting with Boston in July 2027.
University and career
Deciding on course, university, country and scholarships with method, at MOVA Compass.
Projects and challenges
Getting the idea off the page at MOVA Venture Lab and taking on real company problems in the Corporate Challenges.

We are in the first phase of this journey: a free community and the first programs in preparation. Each stage opens with a clear status, never pretending to be what it is not yet.
