The site exists to present MOVA, its programs and its contact channels. You agree to use it lawfully, without attempting to breach its security, copy its structure or use its forms to send abusive or automated content.

All content on the site is informational and educational. Nothing here constitutes legal, financial, immigration or investment advice.

When MOVA programs touch on legal or immigration topics, those topics are handled by specialized, licensed partner professionals. Content about blockchain and crypto assets appears only as an educational topic within the digital economy, never as financial advice.

MOVA is being structured, and the site describes programs at different stages: open, coming soon or in development, always with the status shown. Program information, including dates, locations and formats, may be adjusted until enrollment formally opens.

The site's content does not constitute a binding offer. Enrollment and participation will be formalized through their own contracts and terms, presented at the moment of enrollment for each program, including the rules for guardian authorization for under-18s.

The MOVA brand, the program names, the texts, the design and the other elements of the site belong to MOVA NETWORK or its licensors. Commercial use or reproduction without prior written authorization is not permitted. Quotations with credit and a link are welcome.

The site may contain links to third-party pages, including partners and institutions. MOVA does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

These terms may be updated as the site and the network evolve. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page, and the version published here is the one that applies.
